I stayed at Raizzy's Guesthouse for a few days while catching the bus to Malacca. The location was perfect for me, with easy access to transportation. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing valuable information about the city and showing me places of interest on a map. The facilities were great, with clean bathrooms and a kitchen available. I appreciated the unlimited free tea, coffee, and drinking water, as well as the fresh toast provided for breakfast. a nice and casual atmosphere with a convenient location.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Perhaps because of the staff, there is a great sense of friendship here and it crosses over to the guests from all over the world. Amazingly clean. The location, 2 minutes from the subway. We would definately recommend this place to others.
The window into the hallway had see through curtains, disturbing ones sense of privacy a bit, however it didn't effect our overall satisfaction of the place.

Conveniently located near public transportation and a bustling market. Spacious, comfortable rooms with reliable Wi-Fi. Friendly and helpful staff available 24/7. Cozy common area with amenities for guests. Great value for money.

Really cool staff.....they were so friendly and helpful.
There were some really noisy and inconsiderate guests that were showering, yelling and running up and down the hallway at 2am.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We send email beforehand regarding about our late check-in (after midnight) and got really good tips how to get there easily and cheap. Location is good, near china town and LRT -station. The common area was nice and atmosphere relaxed. The common bathroom was clean and nice and the showers worked perfectly (shower with a good pressure and hot water what can't be said from many hostels in Asia).
The pillows were hard as a rock and breakfast only contained white toast and coffee / tea. So only little things otherwise nothing to complain and overall very pleased with our stay.

Location
Walls were made of paper and the guests were very loud and could be easily heard in the lobby while sleeping

The guesthouse had a convenient location, within walking distance to various attractions and public transportation stations. This made it easy to explore the area and get around the city. the staff were helpful and friendly, providing assistance during our rush to catch our flight.
The beds were uncomfortable with lumpy mattresses and spring coils that could be felt, leading to backaches. There were also reports of allergies and bedbug bites, which is certainly not ideal.

Good clean rooms, basic but nice and cheap had air conditioning- what more do you need in KL in Summer. Communal Showers were good. Staff were friendly and attentive. Didnt bother with the breakfast although having free drinking water was awesome. Excellent location.

Whilst accommodation is basic, for the price, hostel represents good value. The staff, particularly the guy on reception, are very friendly and appear to encourage interaction between the guest making for a nice atmosphere. Location is also very good being close to Chinatown and train station.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. They provided us with valuable information about the city and tips on getting around. Fantastic location with easy access to public transportation. , nearby bars and restaurants with affordable options. The availability of a kitchen was a bonus. Unlimited coffee, tea, and drinking water were also appreciated.
Bathroom and toilet facilities were not well-maintained. Cleanliness was below average.

Its cheap, very open environment as you were home, secure, password protected from entering the main entrance, you can make new friends
Horrible experience if you stay with your kids, The staff is not tolerable towards kids, i took my kids with me but the lady at the reception was so inconsiderate to accommodate the kids. If you are a muslim you should not stay here cuz the place is too open for your family The washrooms were shared as well. Pathetic experience. I would not recommend any guy to go there.
